If you choose to make the switch to Urban Living, we will do everything we can to make the process as simple and efficient as possible. This is what we will do:
We will meet with the resident management company, that's either with the directors alone or residents or both to discuss the current management, concerns and wishes for future management.
We like to work with our resident management companies therefore based on our experience we will suggest an action plan to change agents and to implement the changes you would like to see whether this be financial or maintenance of your property.
Once you are happy and informed your agent of the change, we will manage the handover process for you. We will introduce ourselves to the existing agent and arrange an appropriate handover for them and us. Once we have all of the necessary documents and information, we will write to all owners and tenants to introduce ourselves.
We will then start to implement the action plan reflecting the management you instructed us for.
